Job Title: Senior Associate Supply Chain Compliance
Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Compliance Senior Associate. This role involves managing temperature excursions, minor and major deviations, CAPA’s and CAPA EV’s reported in the US region. You will also assist in various projects related to continuous improvements and GDP topics across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage temperature excursion records.
- Handle minor and major deviation records and lead root cause analysis sessions.
- Oversee CAPA and CAPA EV records, ensuring their proper implementation.
- Manage missing product notifications and lead Event Review Team meetings if applicable.
- Support audits and inspections.
- Ensure up-to-date smartsheets for minor, major, CTETS and missing products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences + 2 years’ experience in GMP / GDP compliance.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance principles, Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice.
- Strong technical skills: Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Trek Wise, Veeva, SAP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Analytical and evidence-based approach to problem-solving.
- Technical writing skills.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is nice to have
- Experience in audit / inspection support is preferred
