Job Title: Analyst, Supply Chain Management & Systems
Location: Summit, NJ
Job summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team of supply chain professionals. The Supply Chain & Systems Analyst will support supply chain management software application functions, data management, testing of new technology, data migration, and activities related to the integration of supply chain management information systems. The role involves supporting all supply chain management system activities from raw materials to the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the supply chain management process, systems, and software functions within the cell therapy network
- Configure and optimize systems to meet business requirements and align with organizational objectives
- Develop reports, exports, dashboards, and KPIs for comprehensive data visualization and analysis
- Implement system enhancements and fixes, investigate system-related issues, and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders on new system enhancements, fixes, and project schedules
- Participate in user acceptance testing for system reliability and provide regular status updates
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in applied science
- 2+ years relevant experience in materials management and/or supply planning within cGMP operations
- Proficiency in creating KPIs and metrics
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist other areas of the organization
- APICS certification is a plus
