Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans and oversee their execution, ensuring the integration of technical activities.
  • Present proposals, reports, and findings to our clients, explaining them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Recruit and manage team members, ensuring their professional development and maintaining staff competence.
  • Evaluate technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates, and oversee product designs and changes.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
