Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid – 2-3 days a week)
Join our dynamic team as a Financial Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance daily processes and perform reconciliation GL reporting.
- Remediate data gaps with the line of business through monthly processes.
- Participate in daily meetings with stakeholders to discuss work efforts.
- Handle adhoc requests from partners and provide necessary support.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and fixing problems as they arise.
- Develop and maintain a monthly dashboard.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a relevant field is required.
- 4-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Financial Data Analysis, Microsoft SQL, and QA Testing.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Financial Analytics.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL (running queries, not building databases or tables).
- Familiarity with QA Testing and end-user testing.
- Knowledge of FDIC rules and regulations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (manipulating data, pivot tables).
- Basic Project management skills.
- Experience with AXIOM or similar 3rd party vendor software is preferred
