Job Title: Senior Associate, Maintenance Planner (2nd Shift)
Location: New Albany, OH (Onsite)
Shift: 2:30 PM -11:00 PM
Join our team and help us change the world! We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Associate, Maintenance Planner to join our Facilities & Engineering team. This role is crucial in planning and scheduling work activities for our maintenance teams at our client’s location. This is a full-time, on-site role with a shift from 2:30 PM -11:00 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and administer all work order requests in the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for the site.
- Communicate with requesters to determine the scope and priority of work.
- Visit job areas to assess the scope of work and determine required tasks and parts.
- Plan shutdown activities and forecast preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required for maintenance activities.
- Ensure all Preventative Maintenance Work is completed on time.
Skills Required:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of facility and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management system, preferably MAXIMO.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong documentation skills.
- GMP experience.
