Job Description:

Role Summary:
- As an Agile Transformation Specialist, you'll be a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to mature Agile disciplines, drive adoption across domains, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This initiative is a key strategic priority for the firm and critical for us to achieve greater efficiency, innovation, and adaptability across global operations.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of current processes, culture, and practices to identify Agile transformation opportunities.
- Develop and implement a tailored transformation strategy that improves organizational agility.
- Lead the development and implementation of product hierarchies across priority domains.
- Develop recommendations to optimize organizational constructs to support Agile practices.
- Collaborate with HR partners to re-design career pathways.
- Partner with change management leaders on organizational change strategies that promote agile values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in driving strategy and execution of Agile transformations in large, complex organizations.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Agile Certified Coach (ACC) are highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of agile principles, values, and frameworks.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills, capable of effectively guiding individuals, teams, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
