Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary:
- The Senior Technical Program Manager at our Tech Ops is responsible for leading and executing technology programs, ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. This role requires collaboration across business and engineering teams, managing program communications, and aligning strategies to drive execution. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical program management, Agile methodologies, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute technology programs end-to-end, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Engage with key business and technology partners to address opportunities, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement a program communications plan using collaboration tools.
- Drive program strategies while balancing multiple competing priorities.
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across technology platforms.
- Coordinate with other technology teams to manage dependencies across portfolios.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of technical program management experience.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum) and traditional waterfall methodologies.
- Strong collaboration, listening, and communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large budgets (>$5M) across technology platforms.
- Proficiency with tools like Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and facilitation skills.
